Steve Chrisman - Director
February 2007 through April 2008
"Six years ago, after being dragged by my wife to watch a Nye
Beach Writers' Series event, I was instantly hooked. I believe every
individual and family has a great story to tell and now I'm
dedicated to getting people to start writing and to keep writing. I
freely admit I had never written anything prior to attending that
first event, but now it's my favorite recreation. After parenting,
writing is the most rewarding thing I do."

Director 1997 through December 2004
Carla Perry, a graduate of the University of Iowa Writers
Workshop, is the founder of Writers On The Edge and the Nye Beach
