The Newport Visual Arts Center* is located between the Nye Beach Turnaround parking lot and the dead-end of 3rd Street. Writers' Series events take place in the second floor meeting room (framed with windows). Handicapped parking is available at the end of Northwest 3rd Street; all other approaches require stairs. Abundant parking is available at the Turnaround, the upper parking level, and 3rd Street.

*Newport Performing Arts Center is at a different building on SW Olive.
